Policies & Terms Of Stay
Your Tight Spot is a luxury service. We are here to offer a clean and comfortable shared living space in our Airbnb to assist guests with their recovery following outpatient cosmetic surgery procedures. It is important that you understand that Miami Assisted Living Facility is not a substitute for medical care or hospitalization and, as such, if you choose to use our services it would be strictly a matter of convenience. Further, your medical care remains the responsibility of the surgeon who performed your surgery.
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT PROCEDURES:

To reserve your room/suite now, a non-refundable deposit is required for the first night.

We may make exceptions for those whose surgery is approaching within a month depending on room/suite availability.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULES – NO EXCEPTIONS:

Reschedules 48 hours or less from check in date will incur a 15% charge of the total reservation amount.

Reschedules made in writing more than 30 days prior to arrival will be good for 1 year from date of deposit.

No refunds will be given for reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival. No refunds or reschedules will be given for reservation no-shows.

No refunds or reschedules will be given if you do not check in on check in day for any reason.

No refunds will be given if you are not able to have surgery on surgery day for any reason, however one free reschedule will be honored for up to 1 year from date of deposit.

No refunds will be given for reschedules turned into cancellations.

No refunds will be given for unforeseen complications during surgery.

No refunds will be given for early check-outs.

No refunds will be given for natural disasters and/or U.S.A./Mexico Government travel restrictions, however one free reschedule will be honored for 1 year from date of deposit.
MEALS

Please let us know at the time of booking if you have any allergies, foods to avoid or if you are vegan or vegetarian.

We do not allow any outside food to be ordered such as doordash, uber eats or pizza delivery to keep the traffic down and for safety and security reasons.
HOUSE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.

Checkout time is 11:00 a.m.

If you check in on the same day of surgery there is a $75 fee
-
Early check in/late checkout is an additional $50 and must be preauthorized with the staff. This is to ensure that proper sanitation is completed before the next doll arrives, and everyone's needs are met. (Transportation will not be provided to late check-out you must arrange your own transportation.)

ROOM LOCATION AND OTHER INFORMATION:

Shared Rooms have 2-4 guests per room.

GUESTS:

NO outside guest allowed.

Only paying guest who have paid to accompany a guest of the house.

Guests are allowed at an additional nightly rate.

We welcome male spouses. (Private Suite bookings only) Guest rates include all meals, room and board ONLY.

Guests will not be attended to by caretakers and are expected to keep their living spaces neat and clean.

Guests are not able to come and go freely in and out the recovery house. This is for the safety and security of the home and our guest. Our home is a smart home and is monitored 24/7 to ensure doorbells and opening and closing of doors are not disturbing our guest. Your guest is expected to agree to all the house rules and follow them or they will be asked to leave. Remind your guest this is a recovery home and not leisure or vacation stay.

Surgery drop off and pickup, Medication dropoff and pickup, Postop drop-off and pickup, Airport dropoff.
GENERAL CONDITIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Miami Assisted Living Facility, its directors, officers, employees, subcontractors, agents, and representatives, shall at no time be liable or responsible in any way whatsoever for any loss, injury, or damage caused or arising in connection with any transportation, hotel, or other services or products of third parties provided through Miami Assisted Living Facility, or as a result of acts of God, acts of Government or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, hijacks, thefts, or any circumstance beyond its control.
Miami Assisted Living Facility reserves the right to accept, retain, decline, or cancel any reservation or any Guest as a participant in its packages at any time and for any reason. In addition, Miami Assisted Living Facility reserves the right to cancel or modify a reservation, including the price, at any time prior to Guest check-in if the reservation includes or was made as a result of a mistake or error of any kind, including but not limited to, a mistake or error in price or description of the package or package components, or where it appears that a Guest has engaged in fraudulent or misleading activity in making the reservation.
If a package is canceled by Miami Assisted Living Facility, Miami Assisted Living Facility shall have no responsibility beyond the refund of monies paid to Miami Assisted Living Facility for the reservation. The terms and conditions of any transportation services provided by third parties shall be as represented by those third parties. Terms and conditions are subject to change by Miami Assisted Living Facility without notice.
If these Terms and Conditions contain any provisions construed to be unenforceable or unlawful by a court of competent jurisdiction, the same shall be deemed modified to conform to applicable law, or if this would cause an unreasonable result, such provision shall be stricken from these Terms and Conditions without affecting the binding force and effect of any of its other provisions.
LIABILITY STATEMENT:
Our Assisted Living Facility and staff do not perform any invasive or medical procedures. We have no affiliation with the surgical centers or any surgeon who performed the surgery. We are not responsible for the outcome of your procedure or complications associated with the recovery process.
We are NOT a medical facility, home health, or nursing agency. We do have staff that are healthcare professionals from a variety of clinical specialties that have been trained in cosmetic surgery. Our services should not replace treatment or proper follow-up with a physician. This service should be utilized to assist with your recovery.
In case of an emergency, you will be transported to the nearest hospital for treatment, and the emergency contact provided will be contacted.
Booking
By booking your stay with us you agree and have also reviewed to follow the house rules, and understand the terms of stay. House Rules will be provided by email once your booking is confirmed.
