Refund & Credit Policy

At Your Tight Spot, we value our clients and strive to provide fair and transparent policies. Please review the following terms regarding payments, credits, and refunds:

1. Payments Made Close to Surgery
   •    Payments received within five (5) days of the scheduled surgery date are eligible for:
   •    A credit toward future services, or
   •    A 50% refund of the total amount paid.

2. Changes to Accommodations
   •    Requests to change or cancel accommodations made at least five (5) business days in advance of the scheduled date qualify for a full refund, minus any applicable administrative or processing fees.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
   •    Payments and deposits made outside the specified timeframes are considered non-refundable.
   •    Refunds will not be issued for services already rendered or for last-minute cancellations.

4. Processing of Refunds
   •    Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of confirmation.
   •    Credits may be applied to future bookings within 12 months of the original payment date.
